Our Board of Directors consists of nine Directors, four of whom are executive Directors, two of whom are non-executive Directors and three of whom are independent non-executive Directors. Mr. Yuan Ze, aged 58, has been the Chairman of our Company since September 2005. Mr. Yuan completed a postgraduate course in natural geography at Nanjing University in December 1997. From October 1998 up to January 2002, he served as the secretary of the Communist Party committee of Xinjiang Industry Co. Since January 2002 and up to present, he has served as the secretary of the communist party committee and chairman of Xinjiang Non-ferrous. Mr. Yuan received the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Model Labour Award in 2005. Mr. Shi Wenfeng, aged 40, has been a Director and the General Manager of the Company since September 2005. Mr. Zhang Guohua, aged 43, has been a Director and the Permanent Deputy Manager of the Company since September 2005. Since September, 2005, he has been the secretary of the communist party committee of the Company. Mr. Liu Jun, aged 42, has been a Director of the Company since September 2005. Mr. Zhou Chuanyou, aged 43, has been a non-executive Director and the vice-chairman of the Company since September 2005.
